As Safenetpay continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Crypto Transaction Monitoring Specialist to join the team in our Denmark office.

Reason: Integration of new business line “Cryptoasset services”

Position: Senior

 

What the role will entail:

  • Conduct the transaction monitoring which involve the cryptoassets;
  • Identify suspicious activities in cryptoassets transactions and activities of customer;
  • Conduct monitoring of crypto assets transactions in Reactor by Chainalysis. Review and investigation of flags raised by Chainalysis;
  • Investigation and analysis of the customers’ cryptoassets transactions;
  • Request the supporting documents from customers;
  • Apply investigative techniques quickly to AML transaction monitoring reviews for our crypto products, which may lead to documenting and filling suspicious activity reports required by government authorities;
  • Apply blockchain analytic techniques to complex information sets in order to make logical and supported recommendations;
  • Ensure the Crypto Compliance AML transaction Monitoring Team is meeting key objectives, including producing high quality investigations in a high productivity environment;
  • Understand the end-to-end Crypto Compliance AML transaction monitoring process;
  • Provide insights and recommendations on improving quality or how to reach optimal efficiency in current processes;
  • Provide input to ongoing risk assessments for the AML Cryptoassets Transaction Monitoring Programme;
  • Strong knowledge of the current AML regulations and its application, considering the business model.

 

Required job experience and Skills:

  • 2+ years of AML compliance experience, risk, legal or regulatory functions;
  • 1+ years of cryptoassets transaction monitoring experience;
  • 1+ years of experience conducting blockchain monitoring and investigations;
  • 2+ years leading teams;
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency regulatory and legal landscape, emerging risks;
  • Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken in English;
  • Proficient computer skills, (Excel, Word and other IT systems), analytical skills; 
  • Experience with Chainalysis and KYT Reactor;
